QuickBooks is one of the famous software in the Market. It’s used for completing the various needs related to the Accounting. As it packs all the features that accounting staff and companies need to track the cash flow of small or medium-sized businesses. The other use of QuickBooks software is that we can store the data in the cloud and also access it from multiple devices. But, sometimes, the users can’t able to login to their QuickBooks Online Accounts or they are not able login to their account after clicking the login button multiple times or they get various error codes.   1. Use a Different Login Link-

You can use an alternative link to login to your QuickBooks Online Account. The alternative links are:

  1. https://qbo.intuit.com
  2. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/sg/

Use the above mentioned links and try to login and if not able to login into your account then use another way to solve this problem.

  1. Use Incognito Mode-

Launch your web browser, after that open a new tab and then click on more options. Then, Open a new Incognito Window and check if you can login from that window or not?

If you can access your account by using this method then probably your cache and extensions are interfering with the scripts QuickBooks is trying to run on the page. Then, Clear the cache, disable your extensions and check the results.

  1. Check your browser settings-

There are some web browser settings QuickBooks Online needs to load before making use of it. Here’s how to set them up.

  1. Check if your browser works with QuickBooks Online
  2. JavaScript and pop-ups are some of the browser settings QuickBooks Online needs to load its pages. Make sure they’re turned on or enabled.
  3. Then, Sign in to your QuickBooks Online Account.

 

  1. Clear the cache and cookies-

QuickBooks Online uses your browser’s cache and cookies to run faster. However, they can block web pages from loading. Clear your cache and cookies, and then sign in to QuickBooks Online. If problem still persists, use another way to get rid from this problem.

  1. Disable Your Extensions-

Click on more options and select Extensions. You should now see the list of all extensions installed on your browser. Toggle all of them off, open a new tab and check if you can login to your QuickBooks Account or not?

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online-

Try to sign in directly to QuickBooks Online. If you can’t able to access the page, here’s the another way to sign in.

  1. Go to QuickBooks Homepage.
  2. Click on Sign In and then select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.

If you still can’t sign in, proceed with the next solution.

  1. Update or Reinstall Your Browser-

If the problem still persists, check if there are any updates and install the latest version of web browser on your device. Then, Click on More Options, Go to Help (or Help and Feedback), and select the About option to check for updates. After doing all of this, Just restart your browser and check the end results.

If still problem persists, switch to a different browser. Maybe your current browser version is glitched. For that reason, Make use of a different web browser to log in to your QuickBooks account.

  1. Add QuickBooks as a trusted site-

Sometimes, the security of your device can prevent QuickBooks Online from working. For that purpose, You can make an exception for QuickBooks Online Site and add it to your browser as a trusted site. Here’s how.

  1. Find out how to add trusted sites to your browser. Trusted site options are found at different places as per the different web browser.
  2. Add these links to your browser’s trusted sites.

    https://quickbooks.intuit.com
  3. Restart your browser.
  4. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.

  1. Restart your Computer and internet modem-

Sometimes all your need is a fresh start. To clear the current state and issues in the background of your device, do a quick restart your device.

  1. Turn off your computer and your internet modem. If you use wireless router or server, unplug it.
  2. Wait for 30 seconds and then turn on your modem. After waiting for another 30 seconds, just plug in your router or server.
  3. After that turn on your computer and then sign in to QuickBooks Online.

 

  1. Clear your Domain Name System (DNS)-

For Windows-

  1. First, Exit your browser.
  2. Press the Windows key, and then enter “cmd” in the search field.
  3. Right-click on Command Prompt, then select Run as administrator.
  4. Enter “Ipconfig/ flushdns”, and then press Enter.
  5. Enter “Ipconfig/ registerdns”, and then press Enter.
  6. Close the Command Prompt window.
  7. Try to Sign in to QuickBooks Online.

For Mac-

  1. Quit your browser.
  2. From the Go menu, select
  3. Double-click the
  4. Enter “dscacheutil –flushcache”, then press
  5. Enter “sudokillall –HUP mDNSResponder”, then press
  6. Close the Terminal window.
  7. Try to Sign in to QuickBooks Online.

 

  1. Reset Your QuickBooks Password-

As per the opinion of Several users, resetting the password of QuickBooks solved the problem. For that purpose, first go to the sign in page, and select “I forgot my user ID or password.” option on the same page. Then, follow the stipulated onscreen steps to generate the password reset link.

If the same problem still persists, contact the support team of QuickBooks. Then, again go back to the sign in page, Select the option “I forgot my user ID or Password”, and in that option, click on “Try Something Else” option. Next, in the given options, click on “Talk to an expert”, fill in the required fields given on the same page, and after filling all the information, hit the Submit button to chat with an expert.
